Welcome to Redevco Netherlands
Redevco Netherlands is located in Amsterdam, in the landmark Rembrandt Tower building. A team of 13 real-estate professionals runs Redevco’s activities in the Netherlands. The Dutch portfolio primarily consists of retail properties in locations throughout the country. It represents a value of some 600 million euros.
Portfolio management
Redevco is committed to active portfolio management and close tenant relationships. We purchase, develop, let and manage properties, anticipating the needs and wishes of our tenants. We want our portfolio to enhance the vitality and dynamism of city centres. We seek to offer the market real estate that is suitable, sustainable and inspiring.
Strategy
Redevco Netherlands aims for value growth in the existing portfolio as well as substantial expansion in the coming years. To realise our ambitions we will invest in existing properties and engage in project development or redevelopment. We will focus primarily on retail properties in prime locations in towns and centres where retail contributes to an attractive and sustainable living environment.

We understand the dynamics of the market and can draw on the knowledge and experience gained by the international Redevco organisation in fifteen European countries. Our commitment to the long term makes us a highly valued partner for retailers, authorities and other business relations. We combine reliability with effective entrepreneurship. Redevco is a flat organisation, and at Redevco Netherlands we have the scope to quickly make decisions and fulfil our ambitions in convincing teamwork with our partners.
Long-term sustainability
Quality and a long horizon are essential in all our activities. Sustainability is the key. We want our properties to have sustainable high quality, so that they can be easily adapted to ever-changing needs. Obviously, as co-founder of the Dutch Green Building Council, we want to use the latest technologies in our buildings. This also informs our choice of building materials and our energy management. Projects we develop or redevelop comply with international standards, such as BREEAM, ensuring that in due course all our properties will be certified for best practice in sustainability.
We are aware of the huge environmental impact of buildings. Our eco-management system is based on international standards aimed at energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.
Improving the energy efficiency of our buildings is, we feel, a responsibility we share with our tenants. We agree clear terms for this with our tenants, including a green covenant under which we exchange data on energy use and improving energy performance. Redevco Netherlands has been ISO 14001 certified since 1 January 2010.
